“Mavi Rota” (Blue Route) Internship Program
Our “Mavi Rota” (Blue Route) internship program allows university students to immerse themselves in the industry’s dynamics and acquire valuable work experience.
During the internship, participants improve their skills through orientation and department-specific training, while also having the chance to specialize in key topics such as effective presentation skills, climate change, and sustainability. A crucial part of the program is project presentations, where interns share improvement suggestions for real business processes. Participants who stand out with their presentations receive career coaching support within the company.
“Route to The Future” Management Trainee Program
The “Route to the Future” Management Trainee Program, developed by the Arkas Maritime Group to train future professionals, allows participants to gain experience in various departments of the company. Over a 6-month intensive rotation process, candidates work in departments such as operations, commercial units, and finance, broadening their perspective on the industry.
The program’s main goal is to help participants develop their knowledge and skills across different functions, providing them with a versatile view of the business world. During the rotation, participants play an active role in business processes and gain a solid start to their professional careers. At the end of the program, candidates who successfully meet the defined goals are offered full-time positions within the company. This program provides a great opportunity for participants to take an important step in their careers and allows us to bring young, dynamic, and talented professionals into our organization.
“My Future, Arkas” Intern Development Program
“My Future, Arkas” Intern Development Program is designed for students of Arkas Narlidere Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. The program aims to equip them with the skills and competencies they need in their professional fields and provide job opportunities through a series of internships and work programs.
Each year, the 10 most successful students from Arkas Narlidere Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School are selected to join the “My Future, Arkas” Internship Program for an entire academic year.
Students complete their internships in seven different departments of Arkas with the support of our Academy team and seven mentors. Those who successfully complete the internship program take an exam, and based on available positions, they are offered a one-year temporary employment opportunity. Those who meet the criteria can continue working at Arkas permanently.
