The H.U.G. (High School, University, Graduate) Talent Program, launched by Arkas Line, aims to accompany young talents on their career journeys with an end-to-end, inclusive, and sustainable development philosophy.
This program is based on a holistic talent development model that includes individuals at different stages of development, from high school students to university students and recent graduates.
The program offers a special exploration journey through H.U.G. Exploring, designed for young people at the high school level, with the aim of increasing their career awareness, introducing them to various industries, and helping them discover their potential.
Through H.U.G. Rising, designed for university students, the program offers high-quality internship opportunities, educational content, and project-based learning, helping young talents get an up-close look at the professional world and develop their skills.
For recent graduates, H.U.G. Leading introduces them to corporate life, providing a solid start to their careers as young professionals.
As part of H.U.G., participants have access to a variety of resources to support their career growth.
