Arkas Academy

Established in 2007, Arkas Academy offers a wide range of training and development activities with high satisfaction rates, including orientation programs, professional development courses, competency training, and leadership programs. Our employees have the opportunity to improve their skills through voluntary coaching, internal training roles, as well as contributing as columnists within the Academy.

In 2018, we launched the A-Live Platform within Arkas Academy, bringing together all Arkas employees across Türkiye. Through this platform, we provide access to training programs, encourage cross-employee interaction, and promote collaborative learning.

In 2023, we launched the GlobAlive platform, bringing together all Arkas employees from our international offices on a single platform. With over 900 users across 24 countries and a multicultural structure, GlobAlive meets the training and social interaction needs of our international offices.

Arkas Academy’s A-Game is a game-based learning platform designed to familiarize employees with all services in the agency, port, and logistics sectors, as well as the group’s strategic priorities. It helps employees learn about risks and opportunities in our business processes while showcasing Arkas’ corporate culture in an interactive, competitive, and fun way.

In 2023, we established our next-generation experience center, Arcademia, where we organize development-focused training and events for companies and businesses in the Aegean region. With the vision of “Creating Value for the Future” and the experience of Arkas Academy, Arkas Arcademia hosts training sessions, discussions, and events focused on economic, cultural, and personal development, led by industry experts.
