Under the Arkas Aktif brand, we offer activities according to the interests of our colleagues, ensuring they enjoy their time and improve their competencies. In our offices, we offer sports activities like yoga, Pilates, and Zumba, as well as seminars on topics such as photography, wine tasting, healthy living, and stress management, led by expert instructors.

Our employees represent Arkas in corporate games every year, achieving high rankings in sports like rowing, football, basketball, and bowling.

Salary and Benefits

At Arkas Line, we follow a policy of equal pay for equal work. All rights and benefits associated with titles and positions are predefined, and we offer fair and competitive conditions for employees at all levels through our basic salary policy. We uphold our equality policy across all processes, regardless of gender, age, race, nationality, religion, etc.

With the Korn Ferry compensation management system, we perform job evaluations and compensation based on job content rather than title or individual, creating a competitive salary policy.

We provide meals, shuttle services, occupational health services, and other benefits for our employees. To support their participation in artistic and cultural activities, we offer tickets for various events. We also make donations to non-governmental organizations (NGOs) preferred by our employees through surveys.
